Candidates in demand


There is an employee shortage in Canada in several sectors, particularly in Ontario and Quebec. This affects certain professions as well as trades; computer programmers, developers, civil engineers, technicians, nurses and medical staff, construction trades, factory workers and more.

Employers have a preference for employees under the age of 35 who have a functional command of English (or French depending on the location), no criminal record and a minimum of professional experience.

If you correspond to the profiles in demand, we open a file and conduct a preliminary job interview. The candidate is then submitted to the employers for evaluation and selection.

Note that only candidates whose profile meets the needs and job requirements of employers are accepted.
